Internal Skills, on Cron

I have somewhere between 60 and 70 personal Claude Code skills at this point, one for every task I'd otherwise be re-explaining to an AI from scratch each time.

What it does

• Repeatable, not one-off. Each skill captures a task I do often, so the prompt and the judgment behind it only get written once.
• Cron-triggered. Instead of running a skill by hand every time, a cron job triggers it — that's the automation layer on top of the skills themselves.
